    The health and safety of ALL project participants will be afforded the same value as for-profit and quality.

    Work is a dynamic condition involving technology, materials, people, and equipment. Safety Management is the application of management systems to the identification, evaluation, and control of hazards that may affect these variables, leading to accidents.

    Accordingly, it will be IBID's policy to:

    • Conduct our business in compliance with all health and safety laws, regulations, and best industry practices. In the process, honoring OSHA and other relevant governing bodies.
    • Integrate health and safety activities fully into our business planning and operating practices
    • Encourage employees to identify and promptly communicate health and safety measures to management
    • Provide a safety system which consists of comprehensive standards and processes that define responsibilities, activities and methods for assuring and controlling health and safety, from project inception to implementation.
    • Develop and provide adequate training to all employees in order for them to function safely in the workplace.
    • Establish and maintain communications on health and safety performance with key stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, cutomers and public officials.
    • Conduct comprehensive Hazard Analysis on ALL Projects undertaken and prepare project-specific safety plans to mange the risks involved.

    With a focus on preventative and mitigating approaches to hydrocarbon emmissions on land, air or sea, given the nature of the oil and gas industry.

    Our Commitment to Sustainable Development and Protection of the Environment

    • Continuous efforts to apply state-of-the-art environmental management strategies to all projects undertaken by us.
    • ·Develop an “Environmental Protection” culture among all our employees, where adherence to the highest standards of environmental protection is considered a condition of employment
    • Establish and manitain commuication on environmental performance with key stakeholders.
    • Anticipate potential emergencies and develop appropriate contingency plans for handling the situations, should they occur, to mitigate the effects on the environment.

    Deliver Comprehensive Standards and Processes

    • Define responsibilities, activities and methods for assuring protection of the environment during the different phases of a project (planning, engineering, procurement etc.).
    • Conduct our business in compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
    • Assess each project undertaken and develop an Environmental Management Plan specific to the particular project. Adequate personnel and financial resources shall be allocated to ensure plan implementation.

    • To continuously earn the trust and confidence of our employees, customers and shareholders in our environmental protection performance.
    • Allocate responsibility within each Project Team for execution and maintenance of environmental protection strategies development.
    • Provide appropriate training to our employees so that they are able to interact effectively with project plans and situations that may arise during project execution.
